2019 World Championships
A year full of repairs, teamwork and determination with a wooden bot- ultimately breaking through the team's limits and preconceptions to compete in the World Championships in Houston, Texas.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
In the 2019 Carver Subdivision quarterfinal, 7796 Breaker Robotics went against 1678 Citrus Circuits from Anaheim, the Carver Champions, and won 88 to 80.
An unforseen turn of events; A sudden death, quarterfinal tiebreaker match came about. The team lost 90 to 91; only by ONE POINT!
It was an amazing match that proved the strength of our alliance, and even led us to receive high praise from our robot inspector Phil.
"Not many teams have ever beaten Citrus Circuits. They will remember you... You're the exclusive club" -Phil We even met an awesome NASA engineer who was one of the FRC judges at the competition. He was on the design team for the space shuttle, and the International Space Station.
